I'm a Software QA Tester and Business Development Officer at DeCloud23 Technology, a role I joined through national service (NYSC) and was retained for full-time afterward. My path here started in social media management and customer support, where I first got hands-on exposure to how digital products actually get built and tested.

These days I wear both hats at once: writing user stories and acceptance criteria, then testing against them myself through manual testing, API testing, bug reporting, and documentation. I'm also growing into test automation with Playwright.
